The cooking course will take you through the entire process of cooking an authentic Sicilian meal. From shopping for the ingredients in the oldest market in Palermo, cooking, to finally trying prepared home-made meal.
The menu, of course, changes based on seasonality and availability of the ingredients and will always include an appetizer, a first dish, a second dish, a dessert and Sicilian wine as well. The course last for about 4 hours and is designed for a minimum of 2 person/maximun of 12 person.Chef A will teach you how to cook in English language and will take you to the heart of the culinary culture and culture of Sicily.
