The activity will begin with a pleasant walk through the market of Ortigia, in the company of a
local chef, and will continue with tastings of typical Sicilian products, bruschette, PDO cheese,
PDO salami, fresh mozzarella, baked ricotta, oysters, Fresh fruit, typical treats but there will be
two glasses of good Sicilian wine. During the visit of the market we will buy together the fresh
products for our cooking class of your choice, then the menus will be completely to your taste and
you can take advantage to have a personal shopping time for your gastronomic shopping.
Then we will head towards with a small Ape-car tour the cooking school in the heart of Ortigia
and with our chef you will realize a typical Sicilian lunch using freshly bought fresh products.
The lesson that will take place in an informal and entertaining atmosphere, thanks to the
characteristic features of our outgoing Sicilian cook, will reserve many tastings during the
preparations and the good Sicilian wine, we will all dine together, sharing the Freshly made
dishes.
